Ordered part mid afternoon and it was on doorstep other end of the North Island next morning. Having some queries about the application of my part, I called Andrew on Saturday afternoon on the off-chance I might get a reply before Monday, he was really great and attentive and engaged with me until I had a resolution to my problem. Always good when you deal with a person who knows their products and their subject matter, not just a drop shipper who only knows about moving packages lol Highly recommend Andrew and this company to anyone seeking reliability, knowledge and helpful attitude. Stumbled across Andrew the mobile mower man a few years ago having been quite disappointed in the local retail store based options available in our area. Both in terms if costs they all charged and the time they took. Andrew on the other hand is amazing. He is very reliable hes quick he gets the job done he goes the extra mile with the repairs and maintenance he has done for me and the quality of his work on my ride ons over the past few years is excellent. Its far better than i have seen in the years i have been mowing. I have had ride ons for 30 years now and i only wish i had known of Andrew years ago.

Just purchased a new mower from Andrew which he was advertising on Facebook. Ordered by phone and it was all ready to go when I called to collect. Bought new Cyclone mower two years ago and had a trouble free run. Just had service done on it. Also had my Hedge Trimmer engine serviced and two chainsaw chains sharpened. Andrew has done an excellent job on all three items. Very friendly and efficient, highly recommended.

Andrew worked on a very old weed eater of mine recently.Im so happy to finally find someone who can actually make the best of an old machine.Very happy!It had been to a few shops over the years but never came back in a condition that was workable.Once I got it back and started it up first pull it was away and never missed a beat.Has been running really well since then.Thanks Andrew

I have used the this company many times over the years but never again. I had a problem with my ride on mower throwing a deck belt & called Andrew. He came out the next day & within 5 minutes had the deck off & informed me the deck wasn't in good condition. I was given the option of either approx $480 plus a belt to fix it or $221 to come out & tell me this. He discounted it to $181.13. I took the latter as the deck probably wasn't worth spending money on to fix. The fee for 5 minutes work & 10 minutes of travel each way is nothing short of extortionate. At the very least if you are going charge like that the customer should me made aware. Ask him for a cost first would be my advice.

Andrew was able to supply me, on the spot, with heavy duty wheel bearings and advice I needed to fit to my ride on mower. Even the agents for the mower couldn't or wouldn't supply them . The bearings were also reasonably priced . Thanks.
