Awesome shop to deal with. Did a great job on my pre inspection. I'm so glad I did as my new car had issues that I took back to the dealer to get sorted. If I didn't go to Frankies I would've been in for a big expense. Thank you Frankies I'm so happy to have gone there. Awesome service friendly helpful and really good at explaining everything to me. Highly recommend to everyone. The customer service is top notch + super attentive and helpful. I took my car in to be checked over (a few hours earlier than my appointment), they took care of it right on the spot. Within a hour I was presented the issue + very reasonable pricing + booked in the very next day to have my vehicle fixed. Very grateful for the amazing team!

The 7-page report was completed extremely efficiently by Mike. As I was located in Auckland and the seller in Tauranga, Asuka facilitated the entire process perfectly and even called me to explain further about the issues found. Thank you!
