Roti Overdrive
Absolutely stunning food and a nice owner.People say this a lot but this was genuinely the best butter chicken I’ve eaten in 4 years in NZ. I wish I had a picture but it was too good to wait.The butter chicken roti option ($12) as a takeaway is served with the curry and with two rotis. All of it was clearly home made and the rotis were flakey, light and not greasy.Definitely recommend this spot.

One of the best wraps i ever had. Freshly made with acceptable pricing. The owner and his wife are wonderful people and always nice to talk to.

Stopped here for the chicken curry just before jumping on the bus. Absolutely incredible; very generous portions and two lightly crispy, flavourful rotis. Sauce of the curry was a delight, rich and buttery. Excellent value for money and a wonderful start to the day.

The Indian cuisine here is worth for giving a try. Recommend to order a pani puri as starters (fresh and sour taste) and the masala chai as pare drink. The masala chai have nice Indian spices aroma that’s amazing.

Very good Indian food. The curry and the butter chicken were very good, but the real star was the fresh spring rolls -- maybe the best I've had anywhere. Tiny menu and in a modest food-cart-style building, as is common in Kaikoura. We ate here 3 times during our 5 days in Kaikoura.

Unbelievably good spicy chai. On our second visit (on our two day stay in Kaikoura) we also tried the vegetarian noodles, which were amazing. Friendly owners. Highly recommend.

Nice stop for a lunch snack. We had chicken roti, beef roti and a chai. All was very good, you tasted it has been handmade and spices were great.

The veg roti wraps were awesome. A great fresh, light lunch. We had this twice while we were in Kaikoura.
