Not professional, too many egos in management

TEAK have spent approximately 2 years working on the units at Wadier Place repairing the sundecks. The price has escalated by about at least $1,000,000, might be more. The time frame has gone from one to two years and the job is still not finished. The individual Unit Levies which started at $16,500 are now up to $80,000 to cover the inept handling of the processes by TEAK. They have extremely poor management, don't learn from experience, have disgusting work ethics and should never work in the industry again. Terrible site management

Nothing Teak says comes to fruition. They do not build to quality, they are not customer centric and all they are out for is there own backs. Do not engage with this company, they will let you down and senior management have no ethics. They are incompetent. Avoid at all costs. Anyone can do better.
