We see to see Patricia Ding, who is impatient and money-hungry. She recommended us many expensive tests. Her attitude become impatient and rude once we said we could not afford all these tests. Her attitude made my mother extraordinarily uncomfortable and untrusted. Instead of double-checking with her team but blaming the patient never had a blood test done. Lucky we kept the receipt and contacted their blood test team ourselves directly to find the result. She never said sorry. Although she emphasised she could not get a complete diagnosis without the patient completing all the expensive tests recommended, she gave an evaluation report which stated the patient was in a terrible condition. The report made the whole family worry sick. We later went to see another cardiologist who demonstrated to us what meant professional.

Dr. Patricia Ding was very kind and patient during the appointment. She assessed my uncle very thoroughly and careful, and her bilingual background prevented any possible miscommunication. She is truly a brilliant doctor and cardiology specialist!

They kept change my phone appointment after all the ultrasound and tests which I paid a huge amount, $1200+. Finally the doctor called me an hour late of my appointment time, only to tell me my heart is fine, and the whole phone conversation took only a minute, and they sent me another a bill of $154. Very professional!!!

The first time I went to see her, she put me on the tests with the technician. She was very busy in and out the room and didn't say much at all.Later I had 24 hour monitor and then the 2nd appointment. She made me wait 30 minutes and the appointment last at most 5 minutes on the charge of $160+.In the two visits, she is very arrogant and impatient. Apart from telling me I am fine, she can't be bothered to explain anything further.I will never ever want to see her again.
