Blazing firewood

Ripped off. Ordered 400$ Gum wood burn slow dry i was told. All of the wood was WET as. Some blocks hadnt been split properly cant fit in my fire place. Wont ever be back here again.

Ordered and delivered within an hour. 4 cube mixed which looked less once thrown but stacked it was surprising how much was there.Lots of dry logs and a few a bit wet but it rained heavily yesterday so no surprises.The wood was out in the open in the back of the truck.The wood burns great. Our holiday houses have found a new wood supplier.Fair trade from local business. GST registered is the bonus for us against the side of the road cash only competitors. Name says it all...who doesn't like anything to do with fire...Trump and I love a fire and blazing firewood has all the ingredients you might need to make a fire..I enjoy cooking all the meats..Trump loves burning bridges.. democrats and all that extra paperwork he has hanging around

If I could give 0 stars I would. I paid for 5 cubic meters of hot mix, which looked small. However, the wood was wet. I used a moisture meter out of curiosity which came back with a reading of over 40%. Dry wood is 25% or less. His website states Keep your family warm and dry with our very best seasoned firewood all dry and ready to burn"I contacted the business regarding the wood and he was adamant it was dry. He sent an employee around to check the wood who also AGREED the wood was wet! I was refused a refund and instead delivered what he called 1 cube of box wood and "hand picked dry wood" and told that would suffice. I will be contacting Fair Go and recommend anyone with the same experience do the same. Wet firewood is not fit for purpose under the CGA. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!"

We ordered wood from these guys and it was wet and smelt moldy. When Advert say dry and ready to burn I expect that!Never Ever go here again!!!!!

Completely ripped off. They delivered when I wasn’t home, the wood was wet and the load was under size!

Fabian is an absolute rip off! I paid for 4 cube of pine and gum and 4 bags of boxwood. I definitely did not get 4 cubes and no boxwood at all only tiny little off cuts he calls kindling. He delivered on the wrong day and would not collect, I had to move it myself because I didnt even live at the property when it was delivered! He would not deliver the wood he did not deliver and did not even own up to his mistake and try to fix the issue! BIGGEST RIP OFF IN ROTORUA DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

What a rip off. Husband ordered 2 cubic mtrs of blue gum. What a rip off. Stacked it and measured it. Measured just over 1 cubic mtr. Oh and the size of the wood. What a joke. We thought it would be nice big bits, not the size of kindling.Should have a big red flag on website. Fair go would have a field day with this business. Not only do you get burnt(they takeyour money) but rips you off with product.Just looked at other reviews. Found that big business in town rated 5. Whats up with that. Wheeling and dealing?

Ordered 5 cube of red gum" apparently at a mammoth $625. Hardly looked liked that much worth on the back of the truck too. All we got was wet wood that hardly gave out any heat. Never ever go here. Will be looking elsewhere. If I could give a zero rating I would."

Absolute rubbish! I had to buy another load of firewood to mix with theirs just to keep it alight. 3rd winter running Ive had wet wood from local vendors. I doubt anyone has dry wood unless kept n a shed. 1 starr is too good for most here in Rotorua.
