Carl and the team did a fantastic job on the T-Shirts for our fundraising event. High quality T-Shirts at an excellent price, meant we sold plenty and made a good profit. Always helpful, approachable and professional. Top class service in all areas.

The administration in this organisation are a huge let down to the art team and overall business. Billed us twice, had our garments for over two weeks and didn't fill our order until I phoned to ask if they were ready. The art team then worked under the pump to fill our order for pick up within 2 days. Going else where from now on. To unreliable.

Thrilled with the service, really friendly staff and really helpful.Had to tweak the colours after doing the sample and this was done with no hassle. Our garments look great. Definitely using Hot Printz again.

Our company have ordered items from here about 4 times and won’t be doing so again. While the quality is very good, the service is among the worst I’ve encountered. For example, we ordered 10 singlets, 2 hoodies, and 4 shirts mid November and they were still not available by the end of January. We have experienced similar problems 3/4 times. I would recommend going elsewhere, if you need things done in reasonable time.

Hotprintz has extremely helpful and knowledgable staff on hand. I called up for some basic questions about printing on garments and April was a total delight and def an asset to the company. I was extremely impressed with her willingness to offer suggestions where most companies are tight lipped about everything unless they are guaranteed a sale. When I am ready to print, I know who to turn to! Customer service always wins and Hotprintz nailed it! Thank you April for your valuable time!

I have dealt with hot prints a few times with our Spearfishing club ordering club shirts and shirts for competitions , they have always delivered on time and with fantastic quality and affordable price, great printing and easy to deal with. Would highly recommend
