Absolutely terrible I ordered a 6 piece nugget happy meal with apple slices, ketchup for the sauce and the book for the 'toy' and the only thing correct with my order was the nuggets. I got fries and sweet 'n' sour and the toy instead. The store was quite there wasn't many orders on the monitors, and there was multiple front staff on. Need to read what's on screen and make sure the Orders are correct first. I live an hour out of town and didn't realize it was wrong until we got home (my mistake in not checking).

Lovely and clean store. Walked into a customer abusing staff, but it got resolved eventually. We got our food quickly and it was nice and hot.

They ALWAYs forget the sweet and sour sauce. I've gotten chicken nuggets and taken them home over 7 times without receiving my sweet and sour sauce. So, if you get chicken nuggets, make sure to check that they actually gave them to you.

This place has the slowest counter service this side of the border. Manager makes Uber Eats orders before regular orders meaning you wait extra long. Sort it out Boss man....

had to wait in the parking area for my order (it was a relatively large one for the family not just me) and other cars got there orders well before I did, even tho I was the very first car thru the drive thru, but once I did get it, both the muffins and the hash browns were piping hot, so well worth the wait . . . and the family were pleased as well.

Over the past few months, on many different occasions I have received an incomplete or incorrect order. I have had to drive all the way back to the store and pick up what was missed.I usually go through the drive through so I have started checking the bags before I drive off.Tonight I went in and ordered to takeaway. I still checked the bag before I left and I thought all was fine.When I got home and gave the coke to the kids, they said it was yuk so I had a sip and it tasted very off. Like water with a splash of coke.Maybe their machine is not working properly? The other coke I got, definitely wasn't coke either.I can't be bothered driving all the way back for new drinks.I am very disappointed by all these mistakes.And considering how expensive the meals are nowadays, and the trouble of driving all the way back for them to fix the order, I would expect some coupons or something.

One of thos McDonald's where you are expected to order on a kiosk screen. It's fine for me but could be difficult for others. The restaurant area could have done with some tables being wiped down but we were happy with our food and experience.

Avoid. I got a tummy bug from having a double crispy mc chicken burger with a salad for dinner on our way to our weekend holiday and spent all of the next day's afternoon sick. I don't get this eating at home so I'm sure it was their salad. Also the tables were not wiped while we were there and the place was quite depressing.
