Didn't get to use Roof It, guys are very busy.Leaving 5 stars because of how professional Karl was.There were some key things he said that showed he cared for customers... Mainly1. He turned my work down... He wasn't being greedy trying to take on any work, was focused on the clients he had now.2. Suggested another roofer he personally vouched for.3. Talked a bit what to expect in the market.Communication is key and Karl was awesome to deal with.

The Roof IT team did a great job on my weirdly shaped roof. Within a few days it was all done and the quality is very good. On multiple inspections I could not find anything that would reduce the quality of the roof. All screws were not over done into the roof so they will last for a long time. Team also did a great job removing and old chimney during the progress. Attached is one of the great photos they took with their drones, much better picture compare to mine, would definitely recommend.

The boys did an excellent job, they were on time, friendly, very efficient and knew exactly what they were doing. I was kept informed of the processes all the way through and the lead man answered any questions I had. It was all done and dusted in under two days - impressive! The guys went about their work with minimum of fuss, tided up afterwards, and the end result looks really sharp, with a sharp price to match which was really appreciated. It was just what we wanted, what a difference! Thanks Roof It, awesome job, I will be recommending you guys to others.

I found roofit on recommendation via our local fb community group so i engaged and called. Karl was prompt wit site visit, professional and engaging. Was upfront about wait time.I also engaged others and was not impressed compared to roofit.The roofit crew not only were friendly they were having fun on the job while being professional and getting job done in some extreme weather conditions approaching.The best thing about these guys communication, having fun, safety and the staff, community minded, and delivered an awesome product a month or so early and in a faster time frame. Great job. Probably the best experience I've had with any traders. Competitive price and completed job as exactly specified. Team came around on a Friday and then back on Saturday to complete (full roof replacement). Took away all rubbish and left the place very clean. Couldn't recommend more.
