Josh Clark who runs this boutique personal training service is one of the most professional practitioners of his craft. We are lucky in New Zealand to have him land back on our shores from the UK. Anyone who has the chance to work with him grab it by the horns as i'm sure his free time is limited. He is humble, extremely skilled and always makes you feel the best at what you are trying to achieve leaving any ego at the door.

Joshua truly is the best in the business. With his extensive international experience, I feel so lucky to have the opportunity to train with him here in New Zealand. Every workout is personalised to what I want to work on and adapted if needed. I struggle with lower back pain and Josh is great at giving me exercises that both protect and strengthen it. He is patient and understanding however also pushes me harder than I thought possible! The studio is private meaning you are the only one in there when Josh is training you - which I really like. I couldn't recommend Josh more highly.

Each session is definitely challenging but ultimately rewarding. Josh has a deep understanding of each discipline utilised to attain your goals and can support any injury you may have.Great atmosphere in a really nice gymI am thoroughly enjoying training with Josh – I feel so much better being fitter & stronger, with my knee injury getting better each week.Have tried all other group fitness classes and gym work outs but have got the best results training with Josh.You make coming to the gym fun and something I actually look forward too!

As an older person with moderate knee arthritis (and much skepticism regarding the benefits of muscle strengthening) training with Josh has been brilliant - with immediate results and a new attitude. I can now run up and down stairs - and continue to enjoy my tramping. Thank you Josh

What a gem! Josh has really great work flow, is very consistent, and customises workouts in a super efficient way. Apps/workouts/diet plans are all cohesive & well considered. He obviously knows a lot about fitness and genuinely cares about training people. Very lucky to have stumbled across Train with J, and am really glad Josh is going to be sticking around for a little longer.
