Didn't receive hearing aid batteries via post. Phoned ACC, received a quick, polite response, they advised they would check with their supplier.Received a phone call from the hearing Aid supplier, later in the day ,apparently they had the wrong street number.Many thanks ACC for your help.

Claiming again on an old injury from 30 years ago. Expected to be on hold for ages but was actually super quick. Never had issues with any other claims. hopefully this re-claim is smooth too .[Update] Been waiting many months now for approval, ACC keep asking for little extra checks of my dental history (my teeth are good, well maintained and above average) our suspicion is this is a stalling tactic to delay starting the remedial work on my tooth as its not logical to require this level of scrutiny before beginning a tooth replacement

Call centre and customer service full stop in many departments including management are disgusting at ACC. They all need to learn people skills and not treat people like they are not allowed to question things without hanging up or ignoring. Shame on you all for bad service.

Phoned national Call centre. No answer. Rang Christchurch office, constantly engaged Had previously rung to organise taxi service, girl did not organise return trip and did not provide PIN number.

Well, been on acc, even when you give them notice, they still pay late, the call centre has no idea what they are doing. My pay has been stuffed up and for the 3rd time in the last couple months have been given false information. The staff aren't trained to take calls.had one guy say theres no such thing as a call back so made me wait on the side of the road for 2.5 hours to be told the people up high can call you back, then got told by another woman last week the same thing saying its 5 to 10 workkng days and said it wasnt a thing. They lie to you and shouldn't be in there jobs

On hold for nearly an hour....then that was the least of my concern, by the time I got to the bottom of everything I was still none the wiser? Was pawned off to Another tele operater then put on hold then wen i FINALLY spoke to a team member they emailed me a form to fill out yet agan but didnt ask if I knew how to go online to do this? Im sooooo ANGRY. My mums injury was well over a month ago shes due to come out of her cast and i need to be paid for the caregiving side of it. Sort ya staff out to communicate to us better will YOUS you just assume we are all computer literate?
