Worst customer service I ever experienced. It was the first time I had to organize cups with engraving. I was looking forward to it.But the min I walked into the shop the Salesperson has done everything that made me leave and never come back. The attitude, manners, and approach were shocking.I get that places get busy but I believe there is always a solution. Unfortunately, the sales rep made it sound like no one have time for me now or even later. No examples of engravings or position of wording on the cup. So how do I know what I get?No prices displayed. Everything i liked had to be bought to her and checked online. Some displayed products couldn't be found online so no prices and no I can't find it".Even talking to the manager or owner wasn't in option as they also would not have time for me.Wow

Very helpful staff there, specially very appreciated for Kiran's fantastic customer service. Quick response for all of my enquires, follow up my order properly, she made me very touching as offering me a delivery after working hour. Thank you Kiran and the team so much, I will highly recommend your company to all of my friends.
