Way too noisy, couldn't hear the person in front of me. Could do with some baffles in the ceiling for noise suppression

Unfortunately 2 stars are all this dining experience deserved; 1 for the company I shared and 1 for the food we ate.Extremely disappointed in the service we 'received'. We went in to ask for a table, told we could only eat outside. It was very sunny so we asked for an umbrella and were told no because it was expected to get windy later on (all surrounding cafes/restaurants had their umbrellas out). Asked for some water, had the waitress roll her eyes at us and told us to get it from outside, we said there are no glasses or water outside, she then said she would bring some out to us, 20 minutes later still no water and so we went back in and the waitress yet again rolled her eyes and said them again"

Booked a table for dinner before a concert as it was super close to the arena. Our waitress Utopia was absolutely awesome! Everything was delicious and came out really quickly despite the place being fully booked out and busy. Perfect start to our night!

Six of us dined here before a show at TSB. We had booked ahead, but there was a mixup and no table was available. It was rectified in quick order and we were all seated 10 minutes later. We ordered two starters for the table, pizzas for everyone, followed by deserts. I thought the pizzas were great (for a place that doesn't specialise in pizza). Service was reliable and friendly, even though the place was very busy.A round of drinks, starters, mains and desert totalled ~$300.

Underwhelming food, especially for the what they charge pasta sauce is diluted and tasteless, an extreme lack of care and ingredients. Service and atmosphere was alright

A fun place for friends or colleagues to hangout on weekends and have some good drinks.The ambience is good and a lot of cool breeze but near the beach. The seating outside is awesome.The cheese platter and the non veg platters are good even though the portion is less.

Went here for a drink after doing a spot of shopping and the sight seeing we could manage on our last day. Couldn't try the food as we had to pack the shopping we just did so that everyone else could get to the airport but will try and pop in the next time I'm in windy Welly. The sangria was quite good and there was a good list of combinations to choose from depending on what took your fancy. Good location, nice staff, indoor and outdoor seating.

We went early at 6pm with kids and they have a kids menu. Great service and our food and drinks were great reccomend if you're looking for somewhere along the Welly water front.

Started off good as they could fit 6 of us in with no booking and someone came to take our drinks order straight away. After that however... when we placed our drink order we were asked about food. We said give us a couple of minutes. For the next 15 minutes we got no drinks and no service. Finally a single glass of wine arrived. It took about 10 more minutes for the cocktails to come (I can understand long waits if it was busy but the place was half empty). Finally someone took our order. The food was underwhelming to say the least. $30 for 10 pieces of soggy, bland gnocchi and the most tasteless chorizo I've ever had. The same sauce was used for the prawn pasta dish which was equally as bland. The pizzas were okay but overpriced. No one came to check on us or ask us how anything was, the person at the counter almost looked offended when I got up to ask for more water. All in all a pretty bleak experience. The fact that the website domain hasn't been renewed should be all pretty clear indicator on how this place is managed. Can't blame the staff though, seems like a pretty dismal place to work.
