The reason I have given you 10 is that you treated and listened to my special needs daughter. You patiently listened to her, gave her her order, and didn't ask me to clarify a thing. That was amazing. She was treated as she should have been . A beautiful individual. Again everything else was great as well as the service. Thank you.

Place wasnt that clean. Staff were very rushy and not that friendly. Food wasn't great either and i love subway! Was quite Soggy anad plain.

EDIT: Sign on door advises 7am open. Walked in just after 8am, advised it isn't open despite the time. Happens often, update your signage and change your open hours to 9am if you aren't ready to serve customers. False advertising.What one would expect of a subway. No spinach due to supply issues. Some staff van be stingey with the salad. Others are generous. Good quality sandwiches.

Ordered $62 catering pack. Five subs each cut into 4 pieces, ham, roast beef, vege, tuna and chicken. It was nicely packed and waiting to be picked up on time. It was enough for a group of 7. I see some negative comment about staff but I was helped by a lovely lady and had a pleasant experience.

Horrible experience. Two indian lady's working the desk and speaking their language to each other. No issue with this in itself but they weren't listening to my order. My bf asked for his not to be toasted and then she toasted it. They didn't let me choose what kind of bread I wanted when I asked what kind of bread they had, she just picked for me. When asking what kind of cheese I wanted I said smoked and she gave me chedder. I repeated myself again and said that I wanted smoked. She ignored me. I asked for salt and pepper and she ignored me again. When paying I said cash and she ignored me and put it on the card and walked off to make somebody else's order. Huge waste of time. Don't recommend.

went on Sunday, ordered footlong, wanted to use my sub dollars and pay the extra $2. unfortunatley young girl didnt know how to do this, so advised to just pay for whole thing, I ask her if someone else could help (as I could see a team memeber sitting right there in uniform) she called her and she shock her head, so I was advised that the manager was on lunch. so I left (I had spent $120 there to get my reward points) - so I drove up to the Westgate branch and total difference (never been there before) but so much cleaner and great chatty/happy staff - no issuses using my sub points.
