We recently booked Alpha for a girls day out to Kumeu wineries - it was super easy and amazing customer service from the very first point of contact. The vehicle was awesome, spacious with a touch of luxury that really added to our day! Our driver was amazing and we felt totally looked after. Highly recommend!!

Absolutely perfect. We organised to transfer services on the day of our wedding in the morning and in the afternoon. Both drivers were incredibly considerate to our needs and were amazing to talk to. So happy we used Alpha Shuttles. Such an easy company to deal with and they will go above and beyond to ensure your perfect day is made that much more better! We booked Alpha Shuttles as transport for the bridal party to ur wedding. Carl our driver was so great, the shuttle was super clean and comfortable. Highly recommended! Booking was all really easy online, and I received a confirmation text and email on the day.

Airport shuttle to AKL from the shore. Outstanding service and very reasonably priced. Cost for a private service was less than some quotes for shared rides. Driver was first class. Showed up early, loaded all our bags, and was kind and patient with our 3 young children. Vehicle was modern and immaculately clean. 2nd time using Alpha and have been impressed both times. Only service we will use moving forward.

Amazing Transfer Service – Heads Above the RestAlpha Shuttles helped us out in a week where we had multiple events happening across a six-day period where we had over 150 people moving in multiple directions across Auckland. It was a case of “where do we start” and when Alpha Shuttles was recommended to me, I said “we start right here”.Jess and her team of amazing drivers delivered beyond exception, and I couldn’t be more grateful to them all. Their vehicles were beautifully presented, their drivers knowledgeable, respectful, and well-presented and their ability to adapt to the many changes we presented to them is unsurpassed.They are now officially my transfer service of choice in Auckland, and I am delighted to recommend them to anyone wishing to use their service for one person or 200! The driver was Julie and she was great! She packed up our baggages and had a great humor. If you are planning to book a taxi to an airport you should definitely choose this company than air nz shuttle. I’m planning to use the service again if I was to go back to NZ

Alpha Shuttles were super easy to use. Booking was made simple and communication was great. We used the service for point to point drop off and were lucky enough to have Alex as our driver. He was very welcoming and made the trip a blast. The van itself was extremely well maintained and comfortable. Would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a shuttle service in Auckland!
