Pizza Hut Karori Northland

Waited over an hour for delivery (still hasn't been delivered at time of writing). I headed to the store to see if I could collect myself but was told it had left the store already around 15 minutes ago. Tried calling multiple times but was told that the phones weren't working - they just seem to ring and then go dead.

I ordered 1 pizza and 1 side for delivery and alas, it never arrived. I called the branch multiple times for a duration of 2 hours and none of the 8 times, did they pick up. Not only did they not pick up, the line did not go through as if they had ripped the line out the socket. I also called the 0800 number to try connect to the branch - another failed mission. Outrageous. Obscene. If you are understaffed, why not just be up front and decline orders? The corporate bloodlust devoted to the blind pursuit of money, sadly, wins again. And I, but a lowly patron, a loser, in this sick, twisted game.Please, refund me for the entire order. No less will be acceptable for the sins you have committed.

Bad experience here - we made a delivery order 2 days prior for a workshop we had in Wellington. The agreed delivery time came and the pizza hadn’t come, we tried calling the store 5-6 times with no one picking up, eventually we got through - only for them to tell us they weren’t able to deliver. Our team had to go and pick up the pizzas, and on arrival, they had to wait an extra 20mins for them to reheat the pizzas as they had gone cold. The manager did call back the next day to apologise and sort it out so I appreciated that, however it was quite disastrous and the staff on the night seemed unbothered by the situation.

Placed order. Was called later to say shop wss to busy and driver not able to carry on as their car broke down so they canceled the order.That is fair enough, however they would not refund the credit card on the spot. Said that they were too busy and that they would call back.No call as yet. I call the shop the next day and a different person told me to email, which I did.It is now two days later and still no response.

Placed an order at 18.28, tried to contact the store about 6 times by phone at 19.30, nobody answers the phone. 19.34 I receive a sms with track status. Driver arrives 20.04 with a car packed with 3/4/5 order bags in it (we are 5 mins away from the store), he steps out of the car saying: I know you are angry but …. (Mumbles a story about this not being his fault but the staffs fault etc.) I told him I was just very dissappointed about the food being this late and the fact that they didn’t answer the phone or gave an update about the problems they we’re having. The driver handed us over extra side dishes in damp boxes that we didn’t order (!) + more free stuff (2 Fanta cans, strawberry cheesecake) + our pizza’s which were cold, had no tomato sauce on them and my (GF) pizza missed 20% topping at the edges. The pizza’s we’re so cold we literally had to reheat them in the oven. From earlier orders we’ve noticed they we’re always late (making a detour through the suburb?) and we’ve had the 20% topping missing once before but this was really bad.We won’t order from this Pizzahut ever again, such a disgrace.See attached photo’s of the damp side dish boxes that we didn’t order and missing topping/tomatosauce.*Update*Filed a complaint through the Pizza Hut website the 15th of Jan. and received a full refund of our order the 15th of March + promise that they’d look into the issues with this Pizza Hut, which seems to not really have happened yet according to recent reviews.

Do not order from here. Just look at all the other reviews. I ordered 2 months ago and the pizza never came. They will not answer the phone and after contacting Pizza Hutt customer service it took a full 2 months to get a reply.Pizza Hutt and especially this branch are an absolute disgrace. If any employees are reading this, how are you not embarrassed about your life working here.

Had a bit of a hiccup with my phone number when placing the order, driver went out of her way to ensure she had correct contact information before leaving the store, very friendly and pleasant to deal with. 15/10 service.

We keep going back because there's no other pizzahut close to us. Once we ordered and got told when we went to pick it up that they had no boxes so we couldn't get our pizza, and then tonight we stupidly went back. My pizza had absolutely no cheese, which is made worse for the fact I ordered vegan cheese which is $3 more. My partner and I also ordered pesto drizzle on out pizza which is about $1 for two pizzas and there was NO drizzle. At first we were fine with a mistake here and there but that is ridiculous.

so lovely the pretty girl who served me on wednesday was so kind and chatty and absolutely made the experience for me. the pizza was delicious will be back soon 10/10
