You buy a product then you have to buy another product too make the first one work. Then they tell you to pay for a technician to come set them up. Really no help. I can try and cancel everything, which I will, but no doubt there will be penalties applied. Don't buy services or products from spark as they will make sure whatever you are buying requires additional $ spent. For instance I got wireless broadband, then I am told I need a modem. Then I buy a modem and I have to pay someone to come set it up and they will probably tell me I need a smart TV in order for it to work. That's the trouble when you end up with a foreign company running your communications network. I will have to pay for the modem and the firestick, and broadband and none of it works unless I pay a technician who will tell me my tv is not a smart tv. Nothing is adequately explained. Should have just got SKY. It's all about money$$$

We came in store today to buy a new phone first question we were asked was our budget explained the staff member proceeded to show us phones over that amount. We then choose a phone and were also looking for a case and SIM card. we're served by staff member Muhammad - He wanted us to buy everything in seperate transactions which is stupid and then wanted us to buy a phone case which wasn't for this model of phone we wanted to try the case before buying obviously and this didn't work as buttons didn't line up but he proceed to say that it would be ok. He also said it came with the charger just not the port into the wall which we explained we had at home but he didn't mention this has a different charging port not a standard usb. This is information a sales person should advise. We found this experience terrible and will not be returning.

Went in with my partner to try and solve an issue with her being charged for a phone she already payed for, I got trespassed and they continue to rip her off in this store. I am traumatized that I can't go in there and stop them ripping her off. It's so bad

Great service especially as my dad has hearing problems. They talked to him in a clear, slightly raised voice which he could hear(as much as the masks allowed lol). Thanks Kyle, you were great.

Had a really horrible experience with Spark Dunedin today. I was given a FAULTY wifi modem so came back to ask for another one and nobody had the time of day to serve us. It’s like they took one look at the modem and thought nope. We were passed through 3 different people, the first and second incredibly rude telling us “to go back to the person who gave it to you”… that would be spark. THATS YOU. They didn’t even try to listen to what I had to say and instead were talking between themselves about nothing relevant to the customer in front of them. The third person however was much better and actually wanted to help. Will never be purchasing from spark again and will be changing my phone plan to Vodafone. Will also never step foot in the Dunedin store
