Fusion Homes are currently working on my new build. Chris has been amazing to deal with, he clearly has a wealth of experience in the industry & is a great communicator. If you're looking for a home builder who is consistently running ahead of schedule & exceeding expectations, go with these guys, you won't be disappointed. 10/10

It was clear from the beginning that we made the right call not to use Fusion homes for our first build. Pushy and far from professional was our personal experience. When we let them know we would not be using them, it was met with a snarky, sarcastic email and I was asked why we even bothered with them in the first place. We are still weighing up between some really great companies who are brilliant at customer relations and ideas for our home. Something I hope Chris from Fusion can sharpen up on.

After a couple of years of false starts with other companies our total reroof and major renovation only took shape when Chris and Fusion Homes came to the rescue. Suddenly, target dates for tasks and integrated work plans were instigated, and any problems that arose were dealt with promptly and efficiently. Chris managed the whole job in a sensitive manner as we lived in the house during the work. Communication was a strong feature. He was always on call and on hand (like when a tarpaulin leaked one wild night), and regularly kept us and his wide network of subbies informed along the way. We are pleased with the finished job and are now enjoying the results.
