Wasn't happy with the service I was given today... been going here for many many years, the two ladys on made the customers wait 20 minutes before even saying hello. The man is always lovely , but the new lady is horrible and rude, and the the lady with long hair , having a go at me for asking why she could do everything else instead of greet customers... sadly the kiwibank staff are no where like the paper plus stuff. At the other end. Always friendly with excellent service

The older lady working at the Kiwi bank counter is not helpfully what so ever ever! Was wanting to exchange a few notes as I have done at this location in the past and she just blatantly lied and said that they don’t do that not to sure if she’s just couldn’t be bothered or something has changed since I last swapped some notes but just felt like the service could’ve been a lot better

The open hours are great for weekend but the customer service here could be improved. There's been a couple of occasions where one lady in particular has been quite rude to me and my family. Don't work in this industry if you are not going to assist people in a friendly manner. I've learnt my lesson now and won't be going here again.

I always know I will get good service at this branch even though it is so small. I have always been given the best advice and service whether it's postal services, claims, passport photos, Foreign currency orders and banking. They now have a nice new cashflow machine which is in a much better place to access.
