Terrible customer service .. I want to build a $100,000 shed and went in three times to arrange and follow up the quote .. no-one ever came back to me .. just an excuse they were too busy .. I will use another company from out of town.

One of my doors fell apart after a few years. Tried to get a replacement and they weren't interested. Not as if I was trying to get it under warranty. But I rang and rang and they never rang back. Said they could get one in a week and never rang back. Three months and not a single call back.This is commonly called appalling customer service. Avoid this company if you ever want ongoing support. I have the call records if anyone doubts their pathetic response. This was the Tauranga branch then the Rotorua branch. That means it’s systemic.
