Kelly Hughes was our travel consultant, she went above and beyond. Kelly was remarkably easy to deal with, professional and yet very quick to response. My questions regarding ski packages, gear hire, travel and accomodation are answered in timely manner with enough information to process in making the decision. She gave me some options which is very helpful and thorough. New Zealand Ski Packages truly is a trusted company who we can trust for your Travel needs.We stayed in Garden Court Suites and Apartments Queenstown, a very beautiful Service apartment overlooking the Remarkable mountain range and lake Wakatipu. Just breathtaking and beautiful place to stay, very close to the town centre. Kelly helped me making the decision easy and it was all done via email. I gave New Zealand Ski Packages A+++++ for their AWESOME services. Well done and will definitely call them again for our next Ski trip down NZ.

We had the best time in Queenstown. The town is lovely and the snow conditions were perfect.It was so easy getting there and having everything booked in advance through NZ Ski Packages (accomodation, mountain pass, ski gear rental and shuttle to mountain).The hotel was fantastic, great room, location and friendly staff. The included breakfast was excellent as well.Also, when I needed to contact our travel agent (Alex) she was just a phone call away and got my inquiries resolved straight away.

Best holiday ever. Perfect weather and great time with the family and had very small crowds. Even managed a 12 hour day with some night skiing. Thanks Francine - Book me in for next year!

Alex at New Zealand Ski Packages organised a fantastic holiday for my family. From the beautiful accommodation, to ski gear to lessons, everything was sorted. All I had to book was the flights (and wrangle 3 kids). Along with the bookings, her tips on things to do and how to avoid the queues up the mountain was incredibly helpful. We had an amazing holiday and would definitely use New Zealand Ski Packages again.

Our family ski holiday to New Zealand was so easy to book with NZ Ski Packages. I work for myself and run two companies and (as the woman in the family ;) ) our holiday plans always fall on me to arrange and usually take hours. With a ski holiday there’s so many aspects to think of (ski pass, ski hire, car hire etc), that it was amazing to have that burden lifted and have someone else plan it all for me. Also the extra excursions suggested were fantastic and I might not have known to book them without the recommendation. We loved the TSS Earnslaw Cruise and the Skyline restaurant with unlimited Luge. The booking itinerary was very easy and clear to follow once I was there and made the whole holiday a much more enjoyable experience in terms of planning. Highly recommend New Zealand Ski Packages!

Francine and everyone else were an absolute treat in organising my snow trip to Queenstown. Communication was perfect, Itinerary spot on and the whole trip was a breeze. Apart from flights everything else was taken care of. Nothing I could fault, they made the entire trip so easy and I can’t recommend enough! I’m just blown away as I have never had a trip, especially overseas, go so smoothly it felt too good to be true! We had the most incredible week in beautiful Queenstown and made unforgettable memories all thanks to the wonderful team at New Zealand Ski Packages. If only they could plan all my holidays!

Alex from NZ Ski Packages was amazing. I booked our holiday to NZ from Australia, all via email correspondence. Alex was super helpful and flexible, and provided great ideas to fill our itinerary with fun experiences to maximise our trip. Even when the mountain was closed due to weather, Alex helped shift our bookings to the right, or call ahead to confirm our bookings when needed as we didn’t have an international sim. Alex was a pleasure to deal with and we look forward to a return trip to NZ with Alex as our agent for another perfect holiday. ☺️

Jamie, Francine and the team were great - flights delayed by a day caused a few unexpected disruptions to our holiday. But NZ Ski Packages took our very late after hours call and helped us sort out issues and helped us move on with our holiday. Thanks Jamie and Francine.

We randomly chose New Zealand Ski Packages to book the ski part of our trip and were delighted with the advice and attention to detail we received from Samantha. She not only looked after us for the Queenstown leg but provided great advice and suggestions using her local knowledge for the rest of our trip. She was always super helpful, prompt in her replies and nothing was too much trouble. The only thing I’d do differently next time is get her to book the entire trip. Surpassed expectations.
