Ordered Goat Curry & Dal Makhani dated 18’July’2022 around 1945 Hours.Wouldn’t recommend it to food lovers.Seemed like food was not fresh, goat curry was very chewy (had to threw it in the bin) and daal makhani was not fresh.Prices are cheap at Heaven but food quality is not eatable.Placed another order from Domino’s so that we could have our dinner, couldn’t find any other Indian restaurants near by which were open on Monday.We buy take aways 3-4 times in a week and we understand at times quality could be different but it should be at least eatable.Pls refrain from buying take away from Heaven.

We had their food for 2 party occasion, they delivered very delicious food both times. If you are looking to get kerala style food, they will deliver you the best food in generous quantity.

So happy to find local indian food that is cooked fresh! Ordered lamb korma, chicken tikka masala and chicken saagwala- really like the ginger and coriander garnishes and the fresh vege in the masala. This is real food! Very happy with the value for money

First of all they never maintain consistency of taste. My uncle ordered Tandoori chicken and it was not properly cooked from inside and full of red colour from outside to show marination and they throw it. When we called, the owner was arguing that how would I know why your chicken was not cooked properly and don’t want to listen about his fault. I would never recommend them to anyone who knows Indian Taste. It was very bad experience, because he never listens to customer complaint.

Poor customer service, tone over the phone after placing order is , u want it ? If you ask a question straight NO.. no apology for previous promos. When rocked up at the takeaway, person comes out says,yes". 0 greetings.. food is average quality and customer service is pathetic"

We got catering done through Heaven for 60 people and the food was delicious. We got kerala style appam, lamb curry and chicken biryani, absolutely delicious. Good service and very generous quantity! We will definitely use them for any future events. Thank you team Heaven :)

I like their kerala style Biriyani and chicken 65 alot. Reasonable price and friendly staff. They have upgraded their menu with lot of new dishes. I tried their Porotta and was good .. Im excited to try their new menu

Highly recommend the puttu and chana masala. Had this kerala delicacy after so long and it was amazing.
