Excellent service, they had what I needed in stock and even went outside and checked my car to make sure, then the friendly assistant, Angus, installed the new wiper blades for me. The checkout staff were also really helpful and made sure that my club membership was in place and that I was receiving the information I wanted etc. Thanks team! :)

Staff had brilliant product knowledge. The store was busy, and short staffed, but those on duty were working incredibly hard, and as a result every customer I could see were very patient and left happy. The friendly man who helped me was proof that men can multi-task. He was organising staff & helping customers, all with a cheerful disposition. A very positive shopping experience, and I came home armed with a few day's worth of rust removal and deep cleaning ahead of me. Wohoo!

Feeling let down today, still bought the pieces i needed from this store. Went to Te rapa outlet to find the part i still needed as directed by staff only to find i need to replace motor and arm for my rear window at Mazdas outlet, wasnt THAT broken this morning. Thank you Noah helpful staff member am grateful to you for your insight. CHEERS If it wasn't for your input my comment would be more scathing
