I don't know how I can put into words how impressed we were with Ben. We hired him for a pre-purchase inspection. He was prompt, professional and amazingly thorough.The real estate agent even made comment on how thorough he was.I'm not sure if you could hire a better person for an inspection, and I'll definitely be keeping an ear out for people on the hunt for a new house so I can direct them his way.

Ben did a building inspection for a property that we intended to purchase. He is clearly an experienced professonal, and does an excellent job. He pays great attention to detail, but also balances this with a pragmatic approach.Aside from providing a very comprehensive report promptly after the inspection, Ben has the patience and the time to speak to the client and answer any further questions.
