Bouncing Kiwi's Castle Hire - Bouncy Castle Hire Auckland

Had a bouncy castle booked in advance and initial communication was positive until the morning of the party when I received a call to say that none of their drivers had shown up and they wouldn’t be able to deliver!! Not ideal when you have a lot of kids of varying ages expected!They said we could either collect or cancel which sent us into a panic as we didn’t have the means to collect (no vehicle available that was big enough but I was also worried about safety because we had never had one before).While I appreciate that they did eventually get it to us, it was late and they still collected at the same time which meant it was here for less time than planned with no discount offered and it was also bloody stressful!

Hired from them recently, very nice to talk to. Get everything ready even before the day we need it, got a bonus time for my girls to play. And everything explain well, no hassle on setup and pack up. Luckily the weather was good on the day we use it, and my girls and her friends really had a good time. Will hired them again for my second daughters birthday.

Hired a castle for my daughters birthday , and this useless company didn't even show up on the day of the party nor didn't they contact me to say they weren't coming. Completely disappointed for the kids . DO NOT USE if you actually want a castle on the day of your party

With weather like raining n sunny and wet ground despite letting customers know castles cannot be delivered. They need to understand and cooperate. They argue and threaten to place reviews.Please request to our customes be nice to us.

Dennis was an absolute pleasure to deal with! We hunted around for the best price and wanted a castle with shade, a slide and big enough for our backyard. The castle we chose was perfect and Dennis was happy to drop off earlier and pick up late. We became pretty attached to it, the backyard doesn't feel the same without it! Made our daughter's second birthday party a dream, so easy. Up in minutes, no delivery fee and provided extension leads. Thank you so much

We wanted a Unicorn Castle for my granddaughters 7th birthday, after asking about the age suitability we took the larger new one that was recommended! It was fantastic - they let my granddaughter help with the set up. She squealed “it’s a unicorn” as it started to inflate - “OMGosh its an Alicorn- it’s Rainbow Sparkle” the team let her hug the unicorn before it inflated - they were so kind and gentle with her.I will be using this company every year. The kids played on it all day. Best Value for Money.
