The Dog Business

What an awesome experience for both Brioche and us (her fur parents). Louise has a calm, empathetic, friendly and caring approach to helping us train our little puppy. She was clear in her teaching, and it was very easy for us to understand and follow her instructions. In the four weeks of attending Louise’s class, Brioche blossomed from a timid and shy puppy to a confident and curious social butterfly! Thank you Louise for sharing your knowledge with us!

We had the best experience training with Louise, she was generous with advice and dog goodies. I would highly recommend her. The class was a mix of boisterous and timid, and everywhere in between and I could see the progress all dogs made with her support and all were well socialised by the end.

We did a 4 week puppy preschool with louise. I can not recommend this class enough.. louise is amazing, her methods work!, and we learned a lot. Class was fun, educational and it didn't end there, resources were sent out every week and if you needed help with specific problems, Louise was only happy to help. Absolutely worth every cent!

Louise has helped us tremendously! She always goes the extra mile, super enthusiastic and an all round lovely lady! Louise is very knowledgable and helped us with Stella's insecurity with other dogs. We had gone to many trainers with no success but an hour with Louise and we were seeing a huge improvement! She then helped us with our puppy and his early socialisation. Always a positive and successful experience with a clear plan of what to do next. Would highly recommend!!

Louise is an amazing force free dog trainer. We seriously can’t thank her enough for what she has done for our puppy. He has come such a long way since we started with her and I seriously can’t say a bad word about our overall experience with The Dog Business.Louise has gone above and beyond for us. With the extra after class information (training videos , more written information & SO many extra tips) and in class information etc she really in our eyes is just the best.Her classes not only cover the information you are expecting to learn eg - our class was focused around recall; she also covered SO much more.We are so happy we crossed paths with her. Thank you for ALL your support, help and guidance- your wisdom on force free training is impeccable and you have provided us with so much knowledge.I would recommend Louise and The Dog Business for ANYONE with a puppy or a dog, trained or not. The Dog Business NZ is the place to go!!!

Would give 10 stars if I could Louise is just so well tuned into 'Doggyness'. We have a 6month old rescue baby and we reached put to Louise to make sure we were giving Tiggy a good grounding and to set her up for success. We are so mindful of having adopted her at an older puppy stage, but Louise was brilliant. She listened, gave great advice and extra little nuggets of gold, we could have chatted all day. Afterwards Louise followed up with a fab plan for us to keep working on at home She comes from a dog behaviour understanding and uses positive reinforcement approaches which is exactly what we were looking for in a trainer. Cannot wait for our follow up with The Dog Business

The Dog Business is a fantastic training school, we found Louise helped us so much with our dog Tinka who was a rescue dog & was very wary of people & her surroundings. Louise really knows her stuff & has a very calming nature, she showed us how to be patient with our pup who had a rough start to her life & with the help from Louise we found Tinka trusts us now. Louise also gave us tips to use at home which still comes in handy now & has has even checked in with us on how Tinka is doing which goes above & beyond a great service. I would highly recommend The Dog Business to anyone who is looking for a fantastic training school & daycare for their fur babies.

Louise was so helpful with our puppy. She has very informative resources and is so passionate about her work. She was quick to respond to all our questions and concerns. Louise was so lovely and we would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a dog trainer.

Louise is a great trainer. She trained my two puppies very well, she is fully love with and understand the puppies. Now, I can easily walk and play with my two furry girls.They have good behaviors thanks Louise. I Definitely love to recommend Louise to my friends. Wonderful trainer!
