McDonald's Silverdale
Waited 40 minutes for order yesterday then had to leave without our order. There were still about 8 people in front of us waiting (in store). Waited 15 minutes at counter for someone to cancel my order and refund but no one came. I think they were prioritising drive through customers else car queue would have been way down the road. Ended up gifting our $50 food order to someone else in the queue so the food wouldn’t be wasted. The staff were doing their best, just not enough staff to meet the lunchtime demand.

The long waited McDonald’s Silverdale is finally here. First impression; convenient location, plenty of parkings, dine-in and Drive-Thru, double lane Drive Thru, big indoor playground to make the kids busy. The building is still new so it will understandably take time for everything to work out. Staff know what they are doing despite it is in its second day opening. I made a special order to see if they miss anything and they did not. So I give it 10/10 score. I will keep reviewing and update. Thank you McDonalds for opening this branch.

Just had dinner with some friends and we were all absolutely disgusted with everything, the service was very poor, the store was an absolute mess, and we witnessed some customers clean up rubbish off the tables.We also waited 20-30 minutes for our food, where it wasn’t a busy. We received it at a poor standards and we didn’t receive some of our items. This is absolutely unacceptable!! Being a full time worker in hospitality, and with McDonalds Silverdale being brand new and open for a short period of time, you’d accept the staff to take more pride and care of their store, cleanliness wise and also to see great customer service. We saw none of this!!

The restaurant was quiet and the tables were dirty.My order took 20mins, so I asked where it was, they had given it to someone else.I have visited 3 times and every time the chips have been under seasoned and under cooked. The burgers stale and/or cold with barely any sauce. I thought that maybe the 1st time when they were bad, that that was a one off, so I tried again(still bad) and again today, bad again. So, nope, never wasting my money here again.

TERRIBLE. I waited 40mins+ for my order. I ordered on deliver easy so that kind of made sense but the driver only took 4 minutes to arrive meaning that the maccas took over 30 minutes to make the relatively small order. When it arrived the burger was fine but the fries were half filled, soggy and cold. The nuggets were even worse, STALE, FREEZING and just disgusting. That’s not even it though, the drink was just fizzy water with a hint of coke. Don’t think I will be ordering from here again or at-least delivery.

Well, it's not as bad as Maccas Orewa, but that's not saying a lot. It's still the opening weeks, but the QSC is severely lacking. Hopefully this gets better overtime.Stuff was missed from our order, some stuff was provided incorrectly. There was not enough managerial staff on to deal with it, with a guy clearly not meant to be here helping out (not wearing a uniform) - that said he wasn't very helpful, walking away in the middle of helping me.The seating area is small with lots of just 2 seat tables which leaves a lot of people wandering around looking for extra chairs. There's 12 ordering stations which moves the queue from the ordering line to the waiting for food line. I think there were about 8-10 groups waiting when we were there.As an aside, someone mentioned about charger ports. Don't ever plug your devices into random, public USB ports!

After a very long wait .And was told when we placed our order it would be bought to our table .And number of times being assured our order was being processed and would be coming soon.finally they gave us a cold meal .Which we refused. Then after more.time they bought us a replacement meal.And all this time we.had our 2year old granddaughter waiting for her happy meal.NOT AVERY HAPPY MEAL.

Went to max Donald’s today and received no fires or my burgers I’m so sick and tired of max Donald’s especially this one. I have been there twice and two out of the two times I went I received a missing order. It is not hard to put food in a bag and it’s wasting my time and money having to go down and buy food I don’t even receive. Staff were highly unprofessional and didn’t give me any respect when asking how long it would be I do not recommend this Mac Donald’s.

Shocking service! Arrived in drive thru at 10:40pm after FIFA World Cup and waited in the slow moving line until 11:10pm when they just turned the lights out and turned us away saying they closed when we got to the order box despite all of us being there before 11pm. This was our first experience here and as a result of the lack of initiative of the management tonight we choose not to support this store again.
