Shashank did such a great job helping with an IT issue I had recently. He followed up a few times to check on the progress as I was testing different mouse options.He even asked me to email him on Friday (his day off)!Really appreciate this personalised service.The team at Vertech patiently assisted my team and I set up all our work from home systems - couldn't have survived our 'bubble' without them! Thanks to them, we were able to work from home as if we were in our stores. We responded to clients efficiently and it was a seamless process. Thanks for making us look good, Vertech!
