I have been in this store several times in the past few months. On most occasions the service has been good with staff knowledgeable about their products. I think this is a Whanganui thing as most of the shop owners in town are polite and helpful with a sense of humour - and no I am not from Whanganui but visit quite frequently because of this.One thing though - Noel Leemings nationwide seem to have poor queue management at checkouts. Often the staff are on the floor leaving the check outs without anyone then the people served on the floor are served before those who are waiting to be served at the checkout.

Really fantastic service, majority of the items I purchase are online so this rating is also for the staff involved with my purchase from the website to the pick up in-store. I always throw out an exhausting amount of questions when in-store & whoever I pick on at the time is helpful & I've never found myself questioning every answer I'm given, hence the reason I have been loyal to Noel Leeming for many years now & I'm sure I will continue to be for a long time yet.
