We have had the pleasure of knowing Residential Rentals for only a short time, but can genuinely say they are an outstanding company who value their relationships with their clients.In our time of renting, contact with agencies has always been limited and inpersonable, but with Angela and Linda they are such warm, caring and dedicated people.This company really cares about their clients and go out of their way to answer any questions you may have.We would thoroughly recommend this company to future tenants and landlords:-)

Angela and her team do an outstanding job, our properties are managed diligently and professionally, we receive bi-monthly newsletters, rent is paid twice a month and any issues that arise are always resolved in a prompt and efficient manner.After going through two previous property managers, including one from a major real estate firm, it lead us to the decision of handing our properties to a specialist property management firm.With our relationship with Residential Rentals lasting close to 10 long years, we have never looked back. We sleep easy at night knowing that our properties are in safe hands.

My review is based entirely off 2 phone calls that I’ve had with Residential Rentals.When it comes to Real Estate, it seems that all the customer service energy is spent on buying and selling, so there is no customer service left in renting. I would say that about 80% of agents we have worked with have just been appalling at customer service, particularly in phone skills and communication.But when I called Residential Rentals - man, these were the very first people that actually seemed to care about their customers (after about 15 phone calls to other agencies). The lady on the phone (my apologies, I cannot recall her name, but she was South African), was incredibly helpful. I had a few inquiries to make and she helped me out straight away, gave me advice, and even though I was not necessarily going ahead with a property managed by them, she still helped me. She didn’t need to, but she did. She went the extra mile.She spoke like a genuinely considerate human being, which is, again, somewhat of a rarity to find within real estate rental agencies.Even though we did not pick a property that they managed, I’m sure they would’ve been very reasonable and helpful agents to work with. Funny what an impact a phone call can make.Thank you.

Good agent. Communicates and reacts to issues on a timely manner. Though we had encountered lack of professionalism of the property manager in the past but has recently improved. It would be great if the time on the day of inspection can be a little bit more specific as we always prefer to be home during the inspection and meet the property manager.

Residential Rentals took away all the worry and stress of tenanting our home with the right people. They are very thorough with their home inspections and keep us updated with very informative reports and photos. They are very easy to get hold of via phone or email and are quick to respond to our queries. I'm super house proud and was nervous about renting out our beautiful family home, but not anymore as I feel that Residential Rentals cares for our home like it was their own. 5 stars from me!

This small dynamic team are friendly and supportive. Unmistakably a competent and efficient team that have managed our property investments for over 15 years. We would recommend Residential Rentals, without a doubt to anyone looking for professional Property Managers.

Any Problems? No Problem!!!! Residential Rentals are always fast to contact our owners when we have an issue or require something, and are fast getting it sorted out for us. They are helpful and friendly. I do miss talking to Angela though it was a pleasure to meet her Dad when we had a leaky roof in the bad weather. (Dedication to us there) nothing is too hard and usually handled fast and fairly accurately. Love the little bag of jelly beans I get when we are good!!!:)

We have always found Residential Rentals to be efficient and thorough in everything they do. They have been managing our rentals for many many years and would consider no-one else. They have a good rapport with all the tenants and owners and a good reputation in the community. Tenants are always of a high standard and there is excellent communication from all members of the team. You do not get that good service with other property managers.

The team at Residential Rentals are amazing and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a rental or even a landlord looking for a professional property management company to look after their property. My experience dealing with Angela and Michelle has been great, they treat tenants fairly and with the utmost professionalism.
