Good knowledge base and personal interest in what I needed in an e-bike.Cameron was happy to refund my $500 deposit, if the bike I had ordered did not suit. As it happened, I felt I needed to do quite a bit more research into my needs before I did final purchase, so Cameron did refund my $500 upon my request.

I purchased my E Mountain Bike from Northland E bikes in 2022 - and have been so happy with it as well as the servicing and input from Northland E bikes. Recently, the bike took a bit of a bashing on the Queen Charlotte Track - Northland E bikes fixed, serviced and fitted a dropper seat for me. I loved my bike before, but I love it even more now! The bike looks brand new and rides beautifully. Thanks so much. Highly recommend. The photo is before!

I had to put my E-Bike in for some technical internal repairs and these guys went to work on it like The A Team. Because of imported parts on a serious go slow at the moment they pulled some strings and jumped through some hoops and basically Pimped My Ride for me and im back on the road with what is now my Smartmotion Custom E-Bike. [Cant do without it now because of an injury and the staff were awesome in there response to help get me mobile again,cheers guys]

I hired an ebike off Northland eBikes today for a fun day exploring the urban trails around Whangarei. Cameron was awesome to deal with, he was fun, friendly, and very knowledgeable about ebikes (I'm looking at buying one, and if you are, I suggest you go talk to him first). If you are after an E-Bike or any bike service in the Whangarei area, look no further. They have a great range of bikes and give excellent service. The Magnum has been a really enjoyable bike these past 3+ years and still going strong. ( A really good quality E-bike at the lower price levels ).

Very helpful and efficient even though they didn't stock the product I was after. Prompt reply to customer service email saved me a wasted trip to Whangarei from Paparoa. Based on this I would give them first dibs if I was looking for a bike rather than a running/cycling jacket!

Bought my eBike 18 months ago. Now 5,000 km, 3 services, a bit of maintenance and a few parts later and I have the greatest respect for the team. From the moment I stepped through the door I felt Cameron's passion, Simon's can-do attitude seed to fix all my servicing problems and Kurt... Well he's the latest addition to the team and the place wouldn't function without him. The dude is a machine servicing two bikes on the go, managing the till whilst answering customer questions .Honestly, stuff the other guys!!! If you're looking for friendly, reliable servicing that comes with passion and support then you've met your match. Respect guys and thanks for keeping it real.

Excellent service from Cameron when I hired an ebike for the day. In depth induction to the bikes operations, great quality bike and excellent value for money. Will be back to hire again next time I’m up visiting my family
