AA Vehicle Testing Christchurch

Hey I went to apply for class 4 full, I was served by Carlynn she was so fast and efficient took less than 5 mins I was surprised, also not far from hornby mall and is at good spot with lots of car parking available.

I waited nearly an hour in a queue with one person at the counter to get my car registration. It was very hard standing so long when I'm waiting for a knee replacement.I wouldn't recommend this place.

The ladies in the office are wonderful. They are helpful and very patient. This is my 3rd time there and each time they were awesome. Fantastic customer service.

dissatisfied with the whole team. I booked my truck for a cof b even with my appointment I had to wait 2 hours, like at VTNZ; however, I could see people walking around and doing nothing, such an unorganised organisation. When it was my turn, I could see the dissatisfied employees. If you don't like your work, you should think about what went wrong. Finally, my inspection ended, and, of course, it failed. When I challenged their decision, they couldn't explain it to me. I had a chat with the manager, who was just another hopeless person lacking knowledge and experience. Anyway, this was the last time, and I can't recommend this company or staff.

Really nice people here. I think WOF places will always get mixed ratings, because nobody likes failing a WOF, always treated me fair and the admin staff are cool :)
