Got a great massage and nice chat at The Loft Kamo. Really needed it. It was a birthday gift voucher, what a great idea to give someone who is tired and broken. Felt a lot better afterwards.

Great service and massage. Shelley was friendly and fun, continually checking on how I feel. Sauna was awesome for the body. Again Shelley is awesome all the way through the massage. Trying to keep me moving and flexible. Well worth going for a massage
