Very happy with Hire Ace, Grey Lynn. Had a different staff member for pickup and dropoff, and both were friendly and helpful! The trailer was in great condition too, and reasonable rate for a 4-hour hire.

Overall, we had a very pleasant experience dealing with Hireace Onehunga! The staff there were friendly, engaging & efficient! The bus may need the gearbox serviced as the transmission heated up on the return journey back to Auckland from the Brynderwyns & I could smell the transmission fluid!

I collected from Grey Lynn, Great North road. It was easy to arrange the hire on line, reliable, and Hireace are a convenient choice, with many locations across Auckland. When I collected the van, both staff were really friendly and helpful. Also very personable, taking interest in why I was hiring a van in the first place. The option to pay for unlimited mileage was an asset, so if you are going far, take this option. I recommend and will happily use again.

We chose to hire an older van for our weekend trip which was great value for money especially with the fixed daily mile option. The van might have had a few kms on the clock, but it ran sweet as"! The van was very clean inside when we picked it up and the online pre-booking made collection easy. If we had one complaint it was not having a NZ radio

Hireace was easy be booked via online to rent a Cargo van which we needed for few hours . We picked the van on the time scheduled and the Cargo van was ready for us. There was a damage on window and 2 gentelemen staff were very apologetic and ensure we were given discount due to it. Everything went smoothly and we re very pleased with the service. I hired a truck for moving from the Grey Lynn branch, unfortunately in coincided with the storm of the century and I needed to move all my belongings to Wellington. The manager of the branch - Keith went above and beyond in terms of service and offering help while I navigated loading a truck in appalling conditions, helped well after hours and even offered an extension on the rental as I missed my window of opportunity to leave AKL before the worst of the storm set in. Excellent service! Highly recommend.
