Always a friendly service and probably the biggest BP in south Auckland. There is separate petrol filling station for trucks, There is car wash and wild bean cafe along with public toilet facility and car park for those wanting to take a brake from driving and enjoy some snacks and drinks available in the station.

Great location just south of Auckland. Easy drive to the pumps and the only down side is the right hand turn when leaving the station.

Hats off to the woman working in the BP late this evening at 10.30. Dealing with a big number of customers on her own while still trying her best to delivering great customer service. Wondering though whether she would benefit from having another employee with her on busy nights like a Saturday.

This is a great store to visit. Every time I have been here the store is always clean, the forecourt is well lit with bright lights in the evening and the staff are welcoming and friendly. They also make a great coffee too.

Confusing instructions re prepaying - should be a few pumps with self-service options to speed things up, similar to unmanned station set ups. Relatively expensive too. Over 50 cents more for 98 than other close-by options.Self-checkout kiosks are a joke - people scan stuff and decide to pay at the cashier instead, leaving it unable to be used until a staff member unlocks it. Which they don't, because of the massive queue of people wanting their pumps unlocked. Probably the worst petrol station I've been to, super inefficient.
