Very friendly and welcoming staff all the time.Peppermint hot chocolate new favorite normally only thong I get. Had bacon and eggs this morning best poached eggs had for awhile and bacon was also cooked perfectly.Would highly recommend if ever wanting a nice welcoming Cafe to go to in matamata

Great stop off in Matamata for a coffee and quick snack. This is possibly one of the best cafes in the town centre that opens late. We were originally wanting to go to the Kaimai cheese factory but that was closed, and the painted lady cafe across the road had stopped serving coffee. It was after 3pm and most of he other cafes in the town centre were already closed. This cafe was definitely a find. Delicious slices, brioches and good coffee with options such as almond milk as well.

Absolutely the best bbq pork sandwich and donuts! This little downtown area was bustling with a Christmas market when we visited and the cafe was busy but worth the short wait! They have a clean restroom our back for their customers and WiFi!

It's been decades since I've been in Matamata. This mōrena I called in too #64coffeeandkitchen for breakfast.What a lovely experience. Received a very warm welcome. The cabinet kai and menu looked amazing. Service was excellent, and the vibe (atmosphere) of the place was exciting.The kai and kāwhe were perfect, as was the mango & banana smoothie. Then they bought out to the counter the most impressive cream donuts I've seen. So tempting .....I'm definitely blessed to have been to this café and left, refueled, fed & watered for the day ahead. The food here is always so so amazing. Can get anything off the menu and rest assured it'll be good. Cabinet food is amazing and lots of variety. Staff are super friendly. Our favorite cafe to come to when we are in Matamata! Get the pancakes, trust me.
