Dangerous and Inadequate car trailers with weak synthetic rope winches. Tried to pull a 300C which weighed 1900kg's. Very poor service. Very poor quality gear.

We have recently had a Woodsman fire supplied and fitted by your Heat Shop. We are delighted with the fire, and the installation team of two was OUTSTANDING. These two deserve a PAYRISE, as they are excellent ambassadors for your company. We had a hiccup with the initial tiles, but this was sorted quickly. THANKS FOR BEING AWESOME, from start to finish.
