Took a vacuum cleaner in for repair to the brush motor. They took the trouble to call me and let me know the part was a silly price but if we still had purchase receipts they could maybe help us get them under warranty. Unfortunately we couldn't find any paperwork so they put it all back together for a very reasonable charge. They were friendly and helpful and I would recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic folks at this place. They let you know what they'll do for an assessment cost, then communicate your options from there. Open, honest, and cost effective considering how difficult it can be to repair items that are often made to be thrown away these days.

Had a warranty issue with our Kenwood food processor. Called this firm as they are the Delonghi/Kenwood service agents in Nelson. The elderly woman we dealt with was hostile, belligerent and completely unhelpful right from the outset, refusing to honour the warranty claim. Ended up bypassing them straight to Delonghi/Kenwood NZ who immediately sent out a replacement part. Then when my wife collected the food processor from them she was berated by this woman, and told by her that the part shouldn't have been replaced, despite Kenwood replacing it for us! Hard pressed to remember a more unpleasant experience with a firm frankly.

With the 'throw away' world we live in it nice to find a place to get these items fixed that would normally end up in the landfill. Welcoming friendly service!

Paid $30. Eight weeks later the repair man said without looking at stereo ,it will need a laser so we said not to bother with opening it up. No work done. We should have got our $30 back but they wouldn't give it back.
