Outstanding service! Dont look elsewhere go ahead with Betta Inspect It!I called Betta to make an appointment on a late Friday afternoon, and requesting for a pre-purchase inspection report which needs to be available on the following Tuesday 4pm. The receptionist was really accomodating, responsive, helpful and supper friendly! It was a very last minutes request but she did try to move the appointments around from her end to accomodate me. I was a bit nervous because i didnt have much time, and i made few phone calls on that afternoon to others company but they all already said nope they wont be able to make the report available that soon..My inspector was Randall Mclean. His report was really thoroughly, and easy to understand in plain English. The report showed that there was problems with roofing which i couldnt see and was not aware at all in the vendor's building report in the first place. After having Betta's report in hand, i did come back to negotiate with the vendor and successfully managed to have a price reduction of 20k from my original offer. No words could describe how thankful i am for Betta Inspect It!Thank you so much for your excellent service! I would choose you over and over again! Efficient, professional, knowledgeable - highly recommended. We saw a property on Monday night, and bought it Thursday afternoon. Called Betta Inspect It on Tuesday morning and they had a report to me by Wednesday night. Randall talked everything through with us so we could go ahead with a very old property needing renovation with eyes wide open. Super impressed.

Speedy service. After confirmation of booking an inspection, they went to the property within 2 working days and got the report within 24hrs after the inspection.

Wasn’t happy with inspector sharing parts of inspection to other parties without my permission. When I complained about this I was told on 3 occasions someone would call me back but they never did. Would not recommend at all

I used Betta Inspect it to conduct a pre-listing inspection, they provided a comprehensive and fair assessment of the property. They were also happy to discuss the report after the fact and have the ability to re-address the report to prospective buyers, should they be happy to accept the report.The property in question is a well built, low risk brick and tile home set in an area largely sheltered from weather, so it can be hard to find 'issues' with it. Whilst the report did not raise any 'red flags' it did highlight some areas in the property that will require attention over time, combined with advice on how best to address those issues. I feel satisfied that any potential buyers will be given an unbiased and accurate depiction of the state of the property and can proceed with their purchase with eyes wide open.This is exactly what we wanted as a sound building report can often be the difference between a smooth or tumultuous sale.Highly recommended.Edit: the inspector who conducted the report on my property was Randall McLean.
