Terry has put in place loss of income insurance for us some years ago.In 2020 I was diagnosed with cancer. Due to the type of cancer I got trauma cover for 6 months right away with minimal buerocracy. There after I got great support from the insurance getting asked if I needed this or that.Now that I am in remission Terry comes back to me and said hey you guys are paying for something you don't need

Terry has been our Insurance Agent for both personal and business for approx. 20 years now. We appreciated his knowledge, professionalism, and experience, always doing what is best for us. He is not pushy and is very pleasant to deal, listens to what we think we need and recommends accordingly. Shows up to meetings on time and promptly returns phone calls or emails. We believe he has helped us in many aspects of our insurance also including ACC and Kiwisaver.
