Not well maintained, as in not tidy..even for free camp spot.. Toilet not clean.We could not reach the river without a lot of climbing, probably due to last year's flooding.It will do the trick just fine with self contained camper.. But can use some love in the maintainment department.

Have stayed here a few times. Nice and sheltered as it is below the road. We were able to get water for our caravan from the river. The toilet was a bit smelly and full of flies so I took spray and had a big kill!!

Good spot to camp over night just for some reason on Skinny there is no reception.

Free campground for self contained vehicles. There's toilet but i didn't use it. Although not much view but it's free, quiet, flat and spacious. Just the way i like it!

5 stars for the location. 1 star for the upkeep. Bottles and rubbish discarded anywhere. Evidence of a recent bonfire. Longdrop toilet quite run down and dirty. DOC sign sitting on the ground. Needs some TLC.

Freedom camping spot. A few picnic tables and a drop toilet, no toilet roll or paper towels. Mobile network poor if any. Walk behind trees to river. Grass needed a mow. On the highway, but I had a good sleep. Gravel road entry.
