Ray White Kaikohe offer a great property management service. Unlike some other companies offering property management services in Kaikohe, Ray White have property managers dedicated solely to Kaikohe. This makes a huge difference as the team there knows the town and its people and is fully focused on helping both landlords and tenants get the best out of the properties they manage.In particular, Avril Tagataese has been an exceptional property manager for us, she really gets to know the people she deals with and her friendly, customer focused approach to the job gives us peace of mind that our property is in good hands.

I requested a home evaluation from Amanda Phillips in April 2021.She came around then advised an evaluation would be done within a week.To date I have received nothing.....no follow-up...nothing
