Very friendly, knowledgeable and straightforward tech. Vijay gave me a quote , completed the work and even tho it was more complicated than expected, he kept me updated with the process, timeframe and honoured the original quote. My mac runs perfectly now. I do recommend him for simple and complex repairs, he will get it done.

My Macbook suddenly stopped charging while I was using it to study. After doing some quick research, I decided to get it repaired with Vijay at IT Fixed. During the repairs, Vijay provided regular updates and an explanation of the problem. I decided to go through the fix, and now my Macbook works like new. Vijay is so humble person to deal with. He have very good knowledge about all software issues and dealt with solving my corrupted windows issue very smoothly.
