Old heritage bar. Simple menu, although they made me a vegan burger (salad and plum jam) YUM!. The other food we had was fish and chips, garlic bread and chips and they were really nice. The lady was friendly. Definitely worth stopping in if you're going through town.

Friendly locals, reasonably priced food and drinks, with a lovely family running the bar. Would be nice to hear some music instead of gambling machines.

A friendly welcome, and a better than expected pub meal, in fact the hamburger meal was huge and delicious! Good fuel after a long day cycling. Thankyou.

Found the bar owner to be somewhat impatient on other customers even before I got served. My meal took 40 minutes as there was 1 person running bar and kitchen. Very cold atmosphere, service was very unfriendly and to be frank the locals say the owners are racist and it felt obvious. Wouldnt recommend the food wasnt nice.

My child nearly went to sleep waiting to order. we waited for over an hour for the food to actually arrive. the soup was cold and the eggs were to hard for the meal. not much to pick from portions were wrong and foood was overall ducusting
