Dean was absolutely amazing! Right from the time I walked in he greeted me with a warm smile and a warm attitude about the state of the car. Pricing was very straightforward and timing was perfect.. He even dropped the price down quite a bit from the original quote. Even went as far as emailing me back outside of hrs when I would send an email late nights since my hrs are crazy with studying and working full time. The team did an AMAZING job and my mother is over the moon with her car it looks even better than it did brand new . Thank you so much for your awesome service! Dean did a wonderful repair on my Nissan Leaf. He was friendly, helpful, easy to communicate with, and gave efficient prompt service. He went out of his way to make the whole process easy, from booking through to payment from another party and drop-off and pick-up. Would certainly recommend Hy Class to others.

Great service, friendly and genuine. Excellent at their craft, they fixed up rust around the windscreen and resprayed and I was unable to remember where the rust was beforehand - good as new! Helpful and quick turnaround.

My wife and I recently bought a campervan to explore New Zealand. Unfortunately we didn't pass the WoF, the reason was three rust spots in critical areas.Luckily Dean came to our attention, he was kind enough to help us right after the weekend and get our car back in shape. Not only did he perfectly fix the areas of concern, he even took care of a rust hole in the tailgate, which wasn't a critical part and which I was going to fix myself at some point in the future. That certainly saved me a lot of frustration.In the end, the repair was even cheaper than he had estimated and we were so happy to be able to continue our trip.We are glad that Dean realized that we are travelers without a big wallet and didn't try to profit from our situation.As if all that wasn't enough, he even gave me a quick crash course on how to paint the other problem spots on the car myself. The previous owners unfortunately somewhat bumblingly painted over minor rust spots with the wrong shade without taping, which I plan to touch up during our stay.Long story short, we are more than satisfied with Dean's work and it showed once again that the New Zealanders have their good reputation not by chance!

I recently needed to take my 90 year old father's car in for panelbeating. The previous panel beaters I have used several times previously (adjacent Hy Class) had closed down - I popped over the alley to see if Hy Class could assist - nothing was a problem from start to finish. Dean provided a superb service, and was very clear in terms of time frame's etc. Including a minor fix for my another car (wing mirror re-alignment - no charge, on the spot which was most appreciated) End result was a fantastic panel beating repair. Thanks Dean & fellow staff, great job.

I was very impressed with Dean. He is a great combination of kindness, service, and professionalism. He reattached my bumper, which had come loose from being knocked, and he fitted it into his day when he learned I was travelling to North Canterbury the next day.
