Alyce and Jimmy were courteous and extremely professional at all times. They reply to my needs/questions pretty fast and considered the priority of the situation and resolved the issues in a timely manner. We had a good time living in a rental property under Pukeko rentals for 2 years. Glad we came across people like them. Jimmy and Alyce are professional, reliable and responsive. We maintained a good tenancy throughout our stay with one of the properties they manage. Always helpful and responsive to queries. I have self managed my existing rentals but when I decided to use Property Manager for new purchase , I wanted the best in the Industry and decided to go with Jimmy of Pukeko . From the 1st meeting with Jimmy where he gave me advise on the best parts of South Auckland to the entire process of finding the best tenants , it was an amazing experience and tenants moved in a week after settlement . I even ran the property past him before buying ,and he was happy with it and advised it was indeed a good street . He is a Very Good PM who responds and takes action promptly plus he adds a lot of value as he is an Investor himself and knows the area quite well

Since the start of engaging with viewing the property Jimmy and Alyce were very professional, responded in timely manner. Answered and returned calls on time. Knew exactly what I was after and made everything easy for me. They were fast in getting all paperwork done and made it easy for us to move in on time. The house was nice and clean. During the tenancy when had to come for inspection etc it was very well organized. They were there before time. Never late. I met Alyce and Jimmy in the home show in 2016 and discussed how they can assist with my rentals. I had some issues with my previous managers and how they looked after the properties and it went on getting worse and worse. I finally pulled the plug gave notice to the tenants and changed the property managers, the transition came with its own challenges and that’s where Jimmy and Alyce stepped up big time and assisted me right through with all evacuation, repairs, insurances etc, they didn’t settled until we found the right tenants. They are very good with communication, all my calls were returned and all queries were answered.I was on about to quit the property market after having problems with the tenants but was lucky to partnership with Jimmy and Alyce who completely supported me. We have Alyce as our property manager since Oct 2016. She is very professional and patient. Sometimes we asked for help which is beyond her work scopes such as helping us find plumber for another property. When we have difficulties with the tenant in vacating the house she is very patient and resourceful to find solutions which minimized negative impacts on both parties. In the end the tenant moved out happily and we also did not incur any loss. We highly appreciated to have Alyce as our property manager and strongly recommend her.

Jimmy and Alyce are great, unfortunately, we had to sell our south Auckland property but jimmy and Alyce took care of the property/tenants until the last minutes. some repairs were done in a timely matter on a tight budget but they handled very well. always gave us good feedback, great communication, We would highly recommend Alyce & Jimmy.

The youngsters Jimmy and Alyce are full of energy and creativity. I have seen them working hard and smart both. They very brilliantly perform their respective roles.The operations are meticulously managed by Jimmy thus he becomes the facilitator to Alyce and she in response sets herself a SMART sales and marketing target.
