Rang four times to arrange one of the team to come out and help with bulb change, after three more phone calls and one visit [thou he said he had to come back with a ladder and was never to be seen again], two weeks later and nothing has happened. Unless you visit their store I wouldn't recommend dealing with these guys for an out-call.

Great customer service and immediate shipping.I usually don't put reviews but I can't leave a more than 5 stars review on them. I did online order and they shipped immediately and arrived over night. I have some questions about the item so called them and they sorted all my problem. I'll definitely recommend them.

Our wee medical centre have been using these guys for a while to illuminate our office space. The guy on the other end of the phone always has that 'can do' attitude when I call with what is usually a short notice request. They are efficient, usually turning up the following day. Recent call out at Level 2 Paul arrived observing all protocols in place for a med centre, replaced some flourecents, was unobtrusive and even got a couple of spotlights I had been told previously were broken working! Good job!

Excellent! My go to for anything lighting. Alan sells anything from major brands to niche bulbs. He's also very helpful at explaining bulb use cases, and returns are seamless.

This is THE place to go for non-standard bulbs. I have been here several times now for odd sized bulbs. They have always had exactly what I needed, and also at a much lower cost than I expected them to be. The service is also excellent - the guy who works here knows everything there is to know about the bulbs/lights.
