They claim to give 5 year guarantee. When it comes to it no guarantee on glass. Handles only 2 year. This is nowhere mentioned in the contract. The double glazed window had a spontaneous crack but they don't want to know. Also at the time of installation we had a builder spent 1/2 day to increase the window space ,for a lot of added costs , because their measurements skills are not too best. I didn't complain at the time because did not wanted to wait again for over 10 weeks for a right sized one. At the end Metro glass replaced the window out of good will. Thank you Metro glass AAA+++

Richard and the team at Altherm West were great to deal with when we replaced all our existing wooden joinery with new double glazing last year, even allowing us to pickup one window frame before they had a chance to glaze it as we had a bathroom renovation that was urgent, and they later came out and fitted the glass onsite. Questions and queries are always answered very promptly by Alexis. It's nice to deal with a local company that cares. We enjoyed dealing with them and are now ordering another set of joinery for second lot of renovations. Thanks team.
