David is a very friendly, down-to-earth person. David accompanied us to numerous properties to help us to buy our “dream” house after he sold our house last year. We very much appreciate his valuable professional advice in helping us to make our informed decision. David never gave us any pressure and always gave his honest professional opinion. Moreover, David spoke up for us during auction bidding when he felt there was some ambiguity, and we might be disadvantaged. We could not rate David highly enough for all the work he put in before, after and during settlement. David always works exceptionally hard, and he is a real estate agent that you can truly trust and rely on. We feel David more like our friend with a great knowledge of real estate. David, together with Leila, whose name is already on the wall of honour, as a top performing team always brings out a best outcome for their customers. After months of searching on our own, going to open homes, and offering but not successfully purchasing a property, a friend introduced us to Amos.Amos met with us to discuss and understand what we were looking for in a home. He searched and shortlisted a handful of potential properties that met our requirements and arranged and set aside a few hours to take us through and view all the properties. He guided us through the entire process, from viewing properties and attending auctions to successfully purchasing and settling our new home.Given this was my first home, Amos went the extra mile to arrange for us to put the sold sticker on the board and liaise with the vendor's agent with any queries before settlement. He kept us updated on settlement day, and we received the keys to our new home before midday.When we arrived at our new home, a beautiful hamper filled with delicious goodies and a handwritten card was waiting for us.This has been the best home-buying experience we have had so far. Amos genuinely cares for his clients and is the best real estate agent we have dealt with. We will use him again and highly recommend him to anyone serious about selling or buying a property.

Sara-Jayne Kingston was an amazing agent. I would highly recommend her to anyone. She was very professional and kept us completely informed right the way through the campaign.The property that we were selling was in Omaha and she was able to get lots of people through for the open homes on the weekend and through during the week.She was very enthusiastic about the property and I think that rubbed off on the people viewing the property so when we went to auction we had lots of interest and lots of bids.The Auction process was managed very professionally as well and the Auctioneer did a fabulous job on the Day.From the start to finish Sara-Jayne explained the process we would be following very well which made us feel confident that we had the right person for the job.

My partner and I have been viewing many properties listed by Barfoot & Thompson these few weeks and this is by far our worst experience that I think should be addressed by your management team.We went to an open home listed under Cici Wang. From previous experiences, we were told to try out the water pressure, switches and sliding doors by all agents so I assumed this would be the norm. But Cici Wang told me off saying “You can try on the switches IF you are interested in buying the house, this is a smart home, if you touch it, I will now have to go floor by floor to check if the switches were turned off..”Also, we arrived at the property with all other shoes inside (there were no signs of “shoes off the property”) hence we left our shoes inside next to the door, however we were then told off “why are the shoes inside the property” and when others asked why are your shoes inside then? Her answer was “because my shoes are expensive, they are Prada”.Her arrogance and rude attitude really put us off from considering this great property as our future home.

Highly recommended Cici WANG! Cici has been helping us since our first home through our investment properties. All those years she has offered us great services and also given us many professional suggestions in order to meet our needs as well as keep our rights, doesn’t matter how much our deals were. I have recently viewed several of Cici's listings during the open home time and by private viewing. She is always polite and knowledgeable. Sometimes, I change my appointment with short notice, and she never says no. She is a hard worker, always replying to my emails/texts, even at 9:30 pm. My partner and I were originally very interested in a property and went to an open home under Cici Wang from the Barfoot & Thompson Remuera branch. While at the property, ourselves and others viewing were told off by Cici to place our shoes outside the door whereas her shoes were allowed inside as they were “Prada”. When my partner was testing out the light switches, we were then told off by Cici again to try the lights “only if we are interested in buying the property”. We are both working professionals and had no kids with us. I am absolutely disappointed with our experience with the supposedly #1 Sales Agent from the Barfoot & Thompson Remuera branch and hope that potential buyers will not have the same horrible experience as us.
