Hell Pizza Mana
Ordered a ham and cheese create your own snack size pizza and when it came out didn't have base sauce on and they didn't ask if we wanted base sauce we just expected it cause all pizzas have sauce. The guy at the counter didn't really talk us through it and he was very vague and wasn't paying attention. Im not being a karen but very disappointed

It's been some years since I've had a Hell's Pizza and my memory of them was that they were pretty good. We order the Gluten free seed based pizza premium version. It was delivered with very little topping and to their credit we were given a voucher for a replacement. It wasn't a full value replacement voucher though. I didn't realise that until we went back to re-order. Unfortunately the replacement was a bit of a let down too. That was the opinion of my wife who didn't eat any of the first pizza, so hers was a fresh opinion. We've decided that we won't be ordering from Hells in future. The pizzas are not as good as I remember, from over 10yrs ago admittedly.

Friends ordered cajun-flavoured wedges at the Northland shop in Wellington, which were delicious: golden and crispy outside and soft inside, nicely flavoured with the expected 'zing'.Enjoying these so much I bought the same at Mana. What a disappointment: undercooked, barely any flavour (could see they were barely cooked with cajun seasoning), and lacked the chip crispness.How can two franchises produce such polar opposites?

Best pizza I've had in ages and really quick delivery too! The Mayhem chicken satay and Greed hawaiian were delicious..and the cheesecake too! Thanks Hell Mana...I'll be back!

I went in for a late night pizza. I experienced quick service and a good pizza, tast and hot. The interior of the shop is stark and there is no menu on the wall, at all. I tried to quickly read the pamphlet menu but ended up asking the patiently waiting staff member what he recommends. He got it right with his suggestion. Good pizza good service a clear simple wall menu would help in store shoppers. But otherwise recommended...

Hell Mana is the absolute best. They are so reliable and dependable. I often like to make changes to pizzas and they always come exactly as ordered. They made a mistake one time and happily made me a new one and delivered it free of charge. Will never not get my pizza here
